If you buy in wholesale than you pay us through PayPal or Wire Transfer. Detail is given below:

RETURN POLICY

If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact midstateinstrument@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you and send out replacement right away. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, Mid States Instruments cannot accept returns on any used tool.

We strongly encourage you to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you believe that the item received is defective or damaged please submit your request within 24 hrs of the time of delivery either by email midstateinstrument@gmail.com or by phone 1-847-454-3448 Mon-Sun 9AM- 5PM EST. Return/exchange requests submitted after 24 hrs of receipt are not guaranteed. Mid States Instruments reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. All returned packages received without prior authorization will be refused and will not be processed.

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE:

 If you would like to exchange the item ordered in error please let us know ASAP. Mid State Instruments requires an exchange request to be submitted within 14 business days after receipt. All orders become final sale after 14 days of receipt. Exchange can be made only on items that were not previously used. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Exchange credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected at Mid States Instruments warehouse. Return and replacement shipping fees apply.

CANCELLATIONS:

Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged, a 5% restocking fee applies. Shipped or in transit orders cannot be cancelled or revised.
